Terms and conditions
These terms apply to the package and its add-ons. They are written in plain language; the amounts are on the prices page and exclude VAT.
Who I am
Salon in 7 Days is a sole proprietorship of Salon in 7 Days, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 86385496, reachable at info@salonin7days.com. Dutch law applies to this agreement.
What you get
The package has a fixed scope: a website on my studio template, a booking link to your own booking system, a digital intake and consent form, five aftercare e-mails, an Instagram set, a Pinterest start, your Google Business Profile and a personal video at delivery. Fixed scope, fixed price of €1,450 excluding VAT.
Payment and start
You pay 100% upfront. The 7 working days start on the first working day after your intake is complete: the texts, the photos and the access I need. While the intake is incomplete, the term does not run.
Feedback and changes
One feedback round is included. A second feedback round is €95. A change request after delivery is €65. New features outside the fixed scope are custom work and are agreed separately.
Delivery and guarantee
If your site is not on the preview link within 7 working days after a complete intake, you get €250 back. After delivery I fix what is wrong with what I built free of charge for 14 days, and I give a 12 month technical guarantee on what was built.
What is not included
Not included: supplying your own photos and texts, a subscription to your booking system, and anything outside the fixed scope. The guarantee covers what I built, not changes you make yourself or through someone else afterwards.
Capacity
I take on 3 studios per week. After your request you hear your start week within one working day. That keeps every delivery personal.
