What if I have no time?

The build week asks for two hours of your time: the 20 minute kick-off on day 1 and your feedback on day 4. The intake beforehand takes 30 minutes. I do the rest.

What if I am not happy with it?

On day 4 you see the preview and you have a feedback round of up to ten points, processed within 48 hours. And there is the delivery guarantee: if your site is not on the preview link within 7 working days after a complete intake, you get €250 back.

What do I have to do myself?

Fill in the intake, supply at least twenty of your own photos, join the kick-off and give your feedback on day 4. Afterwards you keep your own prices and opening hours up to date through your admin page.

What if my photos are not good enough?

You shoot with your phone following my guide. I improve lighting, background and consistency. I do not take photos and I never use stock imagery.

Can my site be in English too?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your site can be in Dutch, in English or in both, from the same base copy.

Which booking software do I need and what does it cost?

I connect what you already use: Salonized, Treatwell, Fresha, Booksy or Salonnare. Nothing yet? Then I set up Fresha (€14.95 per month) or Salonnare (free) for you, in your own name. That subscription is the only thing not included in the package.

I have no logo or visual identity

That is what the Brand in a Day add-on is for, your complete brand identity in one day: €397 with the package. A brand board with colour codes and fonts, a wordmark in three variants and a price list for print and Instagram.

Do I need a domain already?

Accepted Answer

No. I arrange the domain in your name and the first year of hosting is included. After year one you choose Autopilot Basic or I transfer everything to your own hosting (€195 one-off).

How does the feedback round work?

On day 4 at 12.00 you get the preview link with a short form: up to ten points, processed within 48 hours. One round is included, a second round costs €95.

How soon after payment am I online?

The 7 days start on the first working day after your intake is complete: questions answered, photos supplied, kick-off scheduled. On day 7 at 16.00 I deliver. In a hurry? The rush add-on puts you online in three working days.

Can I show before and after work?

Accepted Answer

Yes, that becomes your main page: a portfolio with before and after pairs and filters for brows, lips and eyeliner, including healed results. That is what a new client wants to see before she books.

Do I have to show my prices?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A price list with a touch-up structure works better than hiding prices: first treatment including the follow-up, and touch-ups within year 1, 2 and 3. Clarity builds trust, and trust is why someone books.

Question 13

How do the digital intake and consent work?

Accepted Answer

Your client fills in a digital form before her appointment: contraindications, medication, pregnancy, allergies and photo consent, with a signature. It lands in your mailbox as a PDF. I supply the structure, you approve the medical content.

Do clients book a full treatment right away?

Accepted Answer

No, a consultation or trial treatment becomes the first step. That lowers the threshold and gives you the conversation in which you sell the treatment.
